Wellbeing check-in visits in Cheshire
Who it suits: Family who live too far away to pop in, and worry about it.
If you are concerned about an older relative being on their own during the day while you are at work or away on holiday, our team are more than happy to pop in and visit or care for them.
This can be as little as 30 minutes, or as many hours as required — including overnight stays.
The point of a wellbeing visit is not just the task list. It is that somebody laid eyes on them today, and that you know about it.

What we help with
- Visits from 30 minutes upwards, as often as needed
- A check they've eaten, taken medication and are warm enough
- A friendly face and a proper chat
- You told if something doesn't seem right
- Cover while you're away on holiday

For someone still largely independent who just needs an eye kept.

Safe
Great that action is taken as soon as a problem is spotted. Your concern when Keith was in hospital was really appreciated. I am very happy that he is in the safe and capable hands of people he feels comfortable with.

Questions we get asked
- Will you tell me if something's wrong?
- Yes, and quickly. Spotting a change early is most of the value of a wellbeing visit — one of our clients' families wrote that action is taken as soon as a problem is spotted, and that is exactly the intention.
Where we provide wellbeing visits
Start with a free visit, not a commitment
We come out, meet you at home and talk through what would actually help. There is no charge for the visit and no obligation at the end of it.
